I’m back, and full of snot

Hello my beloveds!

Oh dear where on earth to begin…

My ISTA training (International School of Temple Arts) was epic. Having completed this training for the first time last year it was a whole different experience to attend as an assistant. I could literally feel my capacity for a facilitator being stretchhhhhhhed with each mind bogglingly powerful day!

Though the training renewed me in many ways:
-going offline for a full week
-living in community, there's no way of living that makes me happier
-being fed unbelievable meals 3x per day

When I landed back in Melbourne my nose and throat literally said:
“Ah cool, you're home, now go and get the fuck into bed.”

AKA I got sick. And you know what, I have fully surrendered to this sickness because… yeah I was burning the candle with a blow torch and I appreciate my bodies communicative language of: less please.
