The Jade Egg

Being an extremely strong stone jade eggs can be sterilised in boiling water. If you wish you may also use a skin friendly soap like Dr. Broners.

Treat your Jade Egg with love! This egg is going into the most sacred part of your body, so honour it! Put it on your altar, lay it in the sun or the light of the full moon to charge it.

Put intention into your Jade Egg. Each time you use your egg you can tune it with your intention e.g. “Today my intention for this egg is that it bring me into a place of deep surrender.”

Stringing your egg - using a string is optional but I love using it because it gives you peace of mind that the egg will be easily removable (you can always lay the egg literally and it can never get lost!) But the string also has a benefit of being a total pleasure amplifier! Pull lightly on the string to explore. Make sure you discard the string after each use and clean the hole thoroughly.

Using the Jade Egg is an act of self love, so while using your egg love yourself accordingly!

Make sure their are NO distractions while using your egg, put your phone on silent, lock the door, tell your kids / partner that this is your time for you

Make sure you warm yourself up before using the egg, you can use my meditation below, dance, take a bath, caress yourself - act like your own lover giving yourself some foreplay.

Commit to your practice. Self Pleasure is a practice to be cultivated and grown - make a commitment for the next 7 days that you will show up and use your egg consistently so your body begins to become more receptive to this powerful work.

Use lube! Lubricant has been given a lot of crap over the years, but the truth is LUBE ROCKS! I love using Lube with my Jade Egg to make it extra juicy - I highly recommend using silicon lube!
