This Body Love meditation is Made with Love

This body love meditation is guided to bring you and a part of your body into deeper alignment. You can do it as many times as you like with as many different parts of your body as you like!
Self Love is a long process as there is a LOT of us to love! Our pussy, our legs, hair, arms, knees, eye-brows, breasts, underarms, ass, cervix, womb, anus, heart, brain, eyes etc etc etc!

This meditation uses visualisation AND breathwork.
Please note the breathwork is gentle but it can still go deep, please note that breathwork can cause tetany (cramping), and oxygenation (tingles). These are totally normal but can be a bit startling the first time you feel them.
If you feel unsafe at any point please stop, open your eyes and return to your regular breath.
