But why two days?

That's a lot of time Chloe, do you think you should shorten it?

Mothers may not be able to come, what will they do with their children?

You know it's a busy time of year, people will have a lot on.

I am writing this to you from my plane en route home to Melbourne.

I just spent the past four days at a self development festival, Bloom, in Byron where I presented.

I took a flight, paid for my assistant's ticket, planned my week so that I could fully be offline, packed a bag and committed to four full days of transformation.

I love, in person, transformational spaces.

I lived in one for seven months and I have a comprehensive understanding of how they work.

Depending on the duration and amount of humans involved in an in-person transformational space, there is a predictable equation of how long it will take until peoples masks finally come off.

Until the centre is found. Until we fully arrive into the truth of who we are.

Yesterday morning I lay on a mattress in the sun, my menstrual blood marked on my head, my breasts splaid out, a thumping ecstatic dance set playing and 200 other beings fully expressing themselves.

Many danced in weird, unpredictable and wonderful ways, rolling on the ground, eyes closed, with a scarf, contact improvisation, others were doing acro yoga, some were sitting alone crying openly, others were crying the the arms of friends, men were playing with their erotic energy together shamelessly, women were expressing their animal through growls and groans, some breasts were out, other bums were, the air with was ignited with the fumes of natural exuberance.

Freedom encapsulated that moment.

And I knew why.

Because time had allowed us to get there.

In our society we grasp for moments of freedom in Friday nights at the pub, alcohol the gateway to that sense of temporary freedom.

On Saturdays we take substances to catapult us into altered states of temporary freedom.

We seek temporary freedom in the over consumption of foods, and through back to back episodes of Netflix.

But what allows you to feel free, conscious and present in the moment?

It is my belief that freedom comes from three things:

Safety

Self Love

&

Belonging

These three things take time to experience as an embodied truth. Which is why many of us use numbing and substances to bypass the the work that is needed to experience all three.

We drink to forget our need to feel safe and act recklessly to ourselves an others.

But when we bypass our inherent need for Safety, for Self Love, for Belonging - we are bypassing our need to truly feel free.

I made Embodying the Queen Within a TWO DAY immersion because I KNOW that not only is my content impossible to condense to a smaller time frame, but I know that YOU NEED TIME.

You need time to move from the awkward phase of isolation, feeling that you can't be yourself, into visceral feeling that you are SAFE to be you.

I know that self love takes time to be stoked, ignited and tended too, when for so long you have been living in states of self loathing and self abandonment.

I know that it takes TIME to move from feeling like an outsider, to feeling that you are on the outside to realising you are equal, you are interconnected with the whole, that you BELONG.

So NO, I will not shorten the length of Embodying the Queen Within.

Instead I put this Question to your Inner Queen, who CAN hear me now.

Is the activation of your Queen, the one who will enable you to XYZ

Worth cancelling your plans?

Worth organising a baby sitter?

Worth investing a bit of your savings into?

The doors to this transformational container are open, commit yourself to the time it takes for safety, love and belonging to fully arrive, and your life could change forever. See you in there <3
