He entered me with Reverence
I desire to share about the devotional worship and love I received from my Lover on my Birthday. But first let's travel back in time…
I’m celebrating my sisters
I wanted to take a little moment to celebrate the FUDGECAKE out of some of my dear sisters.
I have been WAITING to celebrate this!
I, Chloe Adriana, just SOLD OUT my 1:1 coaching packages for the first time in my two years of running this business!!!!!!
I am currently working with SEVEN, AMAZING clients, whom I absolutely adore and am so fu.king proud of.
Do you do this when you first wake up in the morning?
Do you get onto your phone?
When you get onto your phone first thing in the morning, you are serving others before yourself.
The notifications roll in and suddenly you need to serve by: replying to that important email, fixing that problem with X, joining in on the 46 messages from the group chat.
A Queen knows that the first person she / they need to serve is themselves.
I’m back, and full of snot
Oh dear where on earth to begin…
How to have more joy in your luscious life (even if it feels like shit)
When you consciously celebrate life, yourself, and your experiences, you are telling the Universe (god / higher consciousness) that you are GRATEFUL. Gratitude is a powerful energetic frequency that focuses on the good, whatever we bring our focus too is what we experience more of: What you focus on expands. Where your attention goes, energy flows.
How to cultivate sisterhood/siblinghood
Sister / siblinghood isn't something that just happens…
It's like a garden, the universe will plant the seeds of potential friendships, connections, soul-contracts to begin..
Eating Shame for Breakfast
Over the weekend I had a run in with shame.
It was early on Saturday morning, I was dressed in a paint suit, goggles on, face mask adorned and about to climb a roof to apply a coat of paint.
A few weeks ago I decided to make a massive $10,000 dollar investment in business coaching. Before making the decision I discussed with my soon to be coach the anxiety I felt around making this financial commitment.
He asked me to feel into what other work I was willing to do to reduce my anxiety so that my coaching experience could be most impactful.
My friend Sean has a roofing business, after telling him of my commitment, and my financial concerns he asked if I wanted to come help him out some weekends.
I said yes.
As I donned myself in head to toe tradie gear Sean and I were in hysterics, he took a video and my instant thought was to share it on social media, when suddenly shame swooped in.
I can't share that on my social media.
I can't let people see me doing this kind of job.
They'll think I'm unsuccessful, they'll think I'm a failure…
How does one romance their menstrual cycle? Part 1.
Well, I am writing this to you from my bed, breakfast tray beside me, pot of camomile tea brewing, hot water bottle upon my womb, wearing my menstruation dress and laying upon a towel so that I can free bleed.
Romancing the winter (bleeding) phase of my cycle is an art I’ve been refining for some years now.
Gone are the days of ‘skipping’ my period on the pill (being on the pill means you have an artificial bleed meaning you can never actually skip it).
Gone are the days of shoving a tampon up there and popping some painkillers to ‘deal’ with it.
Now I relish in the pause my bleed brings. The time for going inward, for slowing down.
Can you receive pleasure from a stranger?
I spent the weekend in country Victoria, with 1000’s of humans who gathered to celebrate life through one of my favourite joys - festivals.
I have loved festivals for many many years.
However, the way I festival has drastically changed, as I have changed.
No longer am I able to spend my entire weekend on the dancefloor (though I do spend a lot of time there).
Now my body, my energy and my heart require more diversity of pleasure.
I find this through deep conversations in pillow filled swimming pools, playing with nipples on couches as the sun sets, doing tai chi and yoga classes in the mornings, reflecting in my journal, strolling through exquisite galleries, and of course workshops.
This weekend the workshop high on my to do list was The Human Forest (adults only).
About 30 people gathered out the front of the workshop buzzing with anticipatory energy…
Dear Men,
The following is written with some heteronormative language for the purposes of writing as felt natural. I acknowledge that there are more than two sexes and genders, and those who fit into such categories may choose to use different language.
The following is written from hetronormative viewpoint.
Dear Men,
I want to share what you have meant, and what you mean to me.
A few years ago I couldn’t have imagined myself writing a letter like this, you see, I had always been drawn to you, curious about you, and full of desire for you…
