I decided the Wednesday before Dragon Dreaming festival that I would like to attend...

 

And that I would like a free ticket

 

So I messaged a friend, who contacted the workshop organiser and within 45 minutes I had my ticket in exchange for volunteering in the workshop space

 

Only problem was...the night before departing I sold my car 🚗

 

As well as the momentous process of moving homes I had decided to sell my Mercedes for a more economical car

 

It had been on the market for over a month so I'd decided it wasn't happening when, night before Dragon, a swaggery Italian elder rocked up with his daughter, looked at my car for 5 minutes then handed me the cash and drove away

 

Leaving me carless, homeless, oh and phoneless (but that's another story)

 

Slightly panicking I called my lover to come over and help me look at cars

 

Naturally, we looked at about two cars then instead slipped into some much sexier, better stress releasing activites such as...having orgasms.

 

It was exactly what I needed.

 

Having a great sleep and waking up full of oxytocin I set out on a sunny Melbourne morning determining that I would find the perfect car

 

By 1pm that day, I had purchased a car with impossibly low kilometres for the exact amount I had been handed in cash 💸

 

I packed my new wheels and the next morning set out for Dragon Dreaming.

 

I needed this.

 

Needed a place to simply be, to press pause on digital and work life, to be among seeker's of connection, music, joy and pleasure.

 

For three days I danced, deepened friendships, swam and unwound.

 

Every day I was flirted with by strangers looking at me with lust and love and genuine human appreciation and I lapped it up all up like a nourishing meal.

 

By the time I drove away from Dragon heading East to my second destination

 

I felt that I am the Dragon Dreaming

 

Dreaming up my reality

 

Not from my mind, not from my will, but from trust, connection, a little chaos and a lot of magic.

 

When people reflect to me that I'm crazy, or wild, or lucky or leading an amazing life

 

I feel grateful and...

 

I feel that I can genuinely teach a lot of the tools that allow me to request a lover to come over and give me pleasure

 

Or manifest desires like a free ticket

 

Or putting your need for pleasure first like having an orgasm over doing supposedly essential tasks

 

Or trust in life's timing like selling and buying a car in 16 hours

 

Or listen to your intuition like travelling without a known destination.

 

And a lot of those tools require the same baseline : the capacity to truly feel your sense of self worth
