Are you ready to wear your Facilitation Crown?

I started facilitating when I was 11.

My family friend, Penny, decided to start a fairy party business and needed an assistant.

Needless to say I was an easy pick. After choosing the name Fairy Frost, Penny sewed me up a costume, wings and all.

Each weekend we would head out to paint faces, play games, make potions, and wave our wands at local town fairs.

After 7 years when Penny was complete with her fairy days, I became head fairy. Aka, I put my facilitation crown ON.

Heading out to the children's houses on my own, my fairy equipment crammed in the boot of my hatchback - Daewoo Lanos.

I remember how nervous I used to feel, especially when the parents would watch me entertain their special birthday child and the other 10-30 children, but eventually I was completely confident in my craft.

From fairy parties to becoming a primary school teacher and now a self love and s.xuality facilitator, I have found there is not too much difference between teaching children and adults,

From teaching magic and teaching someone how to have an orgasm

You see, facilitation is an embodied and psychological craft.

Feeling a deep sense of passion and belief in what you are sharing that is so anchored in your body it vibrates from within you.

Whilst having the capacity to be fully present and aware of your participants experiences, to the point where you can make predictions of these outcomes when planning,

Is what makes the difference between your average workshop, and a life altering one.

This is why after 20 years of facilitating I decided to share my wisdom with current and upcoming facilitators.

If you’ve been standing on the precipice of sharing your first women's circle, running your first webinar, hosting your first event - or levelling up in the craft you’ve already been offering,

You might already be asking yourself:

How do different people receive information most effectively?

What allows people to drop in quickly vs keep their guard up?

What allows them to trust you quickly vs remain sceptical?

What sequence do people need to receive information in?

What helps people move out of their daily life and into the unique space you have created, fully?

I believe the answer is both formulaic and intuitive.

In my intimate course Facilitation Crown, starting April 24th, I will be taking a small number of students through the cognitive and somatic teachings of becoming a Facilitation Queen / King or Royal Being.

In this course we will be covering:

-Feeling worthy and deserving of being a facilitator

-Activating the Deva / soul aligned archetype of your facilitator essence

-Cultivating safety - love - belonging within yourself so you can transmit it to others

-Structuring a workshop

-Defining your niche

-Activating your purpose with pleasure

-Creating and presenting a workshop to your peers...and even your own public workshop.

-Marketing and leaving a legacy

While there are plenty of courses teaching people skill sets, I feel there is a lack of understanding in how people learn, in how to facilitate wearing a crown.

So join me in the 2024 cohort of Facilitation Crown bearers.

Early bird ends Tuesday 9th April
